Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders!
In an era where economic landscapes are evolving at an unprecedented pace, Finlit Consulting stands at the forefront, championing the cause of youth financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Recognizing the transformative impact these skills have on the future, Finlit Consulting is dedicated to empowering the next generation with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of the financial world and embark on entrepreneurial ventures.

M.I.K.A.H. Charitable Foundation - 2010
It all began with the M.I.K.A.H. Charitable foundation where the mission was to provide a service that would educate the youth on the world of entrepreneurship so that they would have a choice and control over their financial future.

The Mission Continued!
In 2018 Cory joined Emmanuel Christian Academy and was given the opportunity to educate students once per week on entrepreneurship. It then became a SPECIAL and is now for the last 3 years a core class.

Economics

Finlit Consulting has meticulously crafted the curriculum, encompassing four distinct areas—Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, Economics, and Investing. With expertise and precision, our curriculum addresses key facets of these domains, ensuring a comprehensive and insightful educational experience for individuals seeking to navigate the intricacies of the business and financial world. This thoughtful design by Cory reflects our commitment to empowering learners with a well-rounded understanding of crucial concepts in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, economics, and investing.

Importance of Competition
Competition plays a pivotal role in various aspects of life, driving innovation, fostering growth, and bringing out the best in individuals, businesses, and societies. Each year students compete in a community challenge to pitch innovative ideas to help build a society that will insure their future.

Every year students also compete in the The Young Entrepreneur Pitch Challenge. The pitch challenge is a contest in Northeast Ohio for grades K-12. There are 5 winners from each grade group of finalists and only one will be picked via online public voting.

Each year we have one or more students that are finalists in the competition.

While there are enterprising K-12 youth who can and do build viable businesses, the main focus of Morgan Foundation’s work in youth entrepreneurship is on building the entrepreneurial mindset and related skillsets as essential elements of a 21st century education.
